About the Position

We are looking for a stable and responsible person with positive energy to assist a young man in Dalby who is about to turn 18.

You will work at approximately 75% full-time. Shifts are between 07:00–17:00 or 15:00–22:00 on weekdays. Weekend shifts are 08:00–17:00. Night shifts may also occur.

The young man lives with his family in Dalby. He has significant multiple disabilities, including recurring (daily) epileptic seizures, and uses a wheelchair. He is a happy and wonderful person to work with! His greatest interests are skiing, swimming, and music. He attends swimming training once a week, so being comfortable jumping into the pool is important.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with experience as a personal assistant, accustomed to providing extensive care, and feeling confident in this role. You need to be perceptive and empathetic, with the ability to switch between making decisive decisions and being a good friend who comes up with fun activities.

Since his daily condition may vary, it is important that you are adaptable. Being responsible and able to follow routines is a prerequisite for the position. Being non-smoking is a requirement.

You need to be flexible and able to step in with short notice when needed, e.g., in case of illness or similar. In this team, we give and take for each other!
