Furuboda Assistans is a private personal assistance provider in southern Sweden, with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing enterprise. Job Responsibilities

We are looking for personal assistants, both for permanent positions and as temporary substitutes, for our client, a young man who lives with his family just outside Tomelilla. The position is approximately 65%, with 2–3 fixed shifts per week and the possibility to work more hours. We are also seeking temporary substitutes who can support during the summer when regular staff is on vacation, as well as during other times of the year when regular staff is sick or on leave. You will be helpful and support the client with everything that comes up in their life and daily routine. Shifts are distributed throughout the day and night, including some on-call duties at night.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is responsible and engaged, with the client's best interests at heart. Experience with LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), healthcare, or care services is a merit, and experience with epilepsy is preferred. Personal suitability is important, primarily regarding the relationship with the client but also regarding working in the family's home. There are animals in the home and on the property. A valid driver's license is required.
