We offer our more than 7,500 registered patients everything from prevention to healthcare throughout life. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking forward to welcoming a social worker/counselor, preferably with CBT competence, to our wonderful team at Åhus Primary Healthcare Centre.

With us, your task will be to investigate and meet our patients' needs for psychosocial support, through, for example, supportive and/or therapeutic conversations. You assess the individual's psychosocial ill-health from a holistic perspective and treat patients with various mental and social health conditions based on evidence-based treatment methods. The work is carried out both individually and in groups. Furthermore, it involves being active and contributing to the development of the operations through collaboration with various healthcare providers, internally and externally, as well as with other parties important to the patient. Within the scope of the position, there is an opportunity to develop new methods for handling patients' needs for psychosocial support. You also have the opportunity for personal development through regular group supervision and to be part of the network for professions working with mental ill-health in Kristianstad.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a valid social work degree, preferably with experience in a similar role within primary care. Furthermore, you have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a valid B driver's license. It is highly meritorious for the position if you are a licensed healthcare social worker, and in that case, it is instead a requirement for the position to have Swedish language skills at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. Additionally, education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is meritorious, and there is also an opportunity to take over the role of rehabilitation coordinator. Therefore, we see it as positive if you have an interest and previous experience in this.

To facilitate care and free up time for the personal meeting, we use IT support to the greatest extent possible. It is therefore an advantage if you are accustomed to working in various operational systems, especially in the medical record system PMO and 1177.
