Kurera Omsorg is looking for a personal assistant for a lovely woman

Hourly position that will transition to a position of approximately 60 %.

Kurera Omsorg is seeking personal assistants for a lovely, cheerful, and active 69-year-old woman in Malmö.

Since the client requires assistance around the clock, the shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, and night. There are three different work shifts per day:

1. Morning/Day
2. Afternoon/Evening
3. Night

The shifts that need to be staffed are Day/Evening (shifts 1 and 2), and you should be available to cover night shifts if needed.

The workplace is located in Malmö and has good and nearby bus connections.

The position is initially an hourly role that will transition to a position of approximately 60 %. The hours vary with both day and evening shifts. Weekend work is included. We are looking for assistants who are comfortable working day/evening, both during the week and on weekends.

About the Client

The client is a 69-year-old woman who enjoys going out for walks, visiting shopping centers, and likes clothes. She enjoys being active and exploring different activities and places when she is out. She likes to go out as often as possible, and if possible at least once a day, and enjoys making the most of what the day has to offer.

Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will help with tasks the client cannot manage alone in daily life. This includes, for example, household chores, personal hygiene, exercise, doctor's visits, and leisure activities. It is important that you enjoy going for walks and taking the bus.

Working as a personal assistant requires maturity and the ability to put yourself in another person's situation. As a personal assistant, you should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the client's speech is impaired. You will need to help the client communicate both verbally and in writing.

You need to have a strong work ethic, be meticulous, and have an eye for detail. You need to be focused and attentive during your shifts. It is important that you can separate private life from work life.

The client prefers candidates between the ages of 25–55 and preferably only women. Experience in the assistance profession or education with a care focus is meritorious.
