Personal Assistant in Lund Municipality (Casual/On-call)

On behalf of our client in Lund Municipality, we are now looking for an experienced personal assistant who is committed to meeting the client's needs and wishes.

We are looking for you who want to work as a casual employee. There is an opportunity for 1–2 fixed shifts per week for the right person if desired, but we also have a need for casual staff who can work when regular personnel are absent.

Your Profile

As a personal assistant, it is important that you can establish a good relationship with the client and be attuned to their individual needs and wishes. You are expected to be empathetic, respectful, and above all, preserve the client's integrity in all situations.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is ready to make their own decisions and show responsibility in their work. Good physical condition is desirable as the work may involve manual lifting.

Your Responsibilities

The duties of a personal assistant include a variety of tasks, ranging from individualized care to household chores. The assistance is provided both at the client's home and during outings and activities outside the home. You are expected to be supportive and motivating in your role and contribute to the client's well-being.

You can work both days, evenings, and weekends as personal assistance is provided around the clock. Experience in personal assistance is meritorious but not a requirement to apply for the position.
