Hello!

I am an energetic, social 12-year-old girl living with my parents and my younger brother on a farm in Farstorp. I am now looking for a permanent assistant to join my team – could it be you?

During the day, I go to school, and otherwise, I feel most comfortable at home. I enjoy playing with toys and am very creative. I also love being outdoors and riding a cargo bike.

Since I have limited communication skills and may find it difficult to show what I want, you need to be attentive, patient, and curious to understand me and my expressions. I have a neurological spasticity condition as well as epilepsy, and I experience various types of seizures. Therefore, I need you nearby at all times, ready to support me if needed.

It is an advantage if you are physically strong, as I sometimes need assistance with mobility. You must also be a non-smoker and speak fluent Swedish so that we can understand each other.

It is important to me that you have a genuine commitment to working with people, that you are confident in yourself, and that you view this role as a long-term opportunity. Experience is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing for me is that we get along!

Since we live in a rural area, you must have a driver's license and access to a car.

The Position:

Approximately 65% with varied shifts on weekdays from 14:00–19:30 and one weekend per month from 09:00–19:30. During school holidays and in the summer, there is an opportunity to work daytime hours as well as additional hours.

The position is available starting from July, but there is an opportunity to start earlier as an hourly substitute.
