We are looking for a flexible assistant for 24-hour shifts in Eslöv
We are currently seeking an assistant willing to work in 24-hour shifts and who possesses a high degree of flexibility. The position is for a woman in her 50s with varying functional limitations.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is perceptive, empathetic, responsible, and reassuring. It is important that you are proactive and have a humble and respectful attitude towards others. Since the client has difficulty expressing her needs verbally, it is crucial that you are flexible and able to read situations and act accordingly.
We are looking for someone who is 35 years of age or older and who has good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Job Responsibilities
The position is located in Eslöv and the duties include:
- Practical chores and daily tasks in the home.
- Assistance with mobility and personal hygiene.
- Cooking.
- Personal care.
- Planning weekly activities.
- Participation in various activities outside the home.
You should be self-reliant and able to take the initiative. The shifts have varying hours throughout the day and night, requiring you to be prepared for 24-hour shifts.
