We are looking for well-educated staff with relevant experience who can translate advanced treatment knowledge into daily milieu therapy. Structures and methods are well-established – you provide the content of the process.

GrödbyGården is a treatment home for parents and their children. The goal of the operation is to deepen the relationship between them, to help the parent understand their child's various developmental needs, and to learn to meet these needs adequately. We integrate ego-strengthening milieu therapy with individual psychotherapy.

You will have excellent conditions to integrate and deepen theoretical knowledge in psychotherapy and developmental psychology in your clinical daily life.

We have established a healthy corporate culture, where the staff group is client- and work-oriented. GrödbyGården is a flat organization – short distance to management. The clients' participation is important to achieve treatment and assessment goals. You will be part of a team of five therapists, receive regular external supervision, and have access to various resource persons who contribute to us reaching the goals in the implementation plan together.

Driver's license required. Salary according to agreement. Rotating schedule.
