My name is Mikael, and I live with my wife on a farm in Hurva, where we share our daily lives with dogs and a cat. I am now looking for you who want to work as a casual substitute in my personal assistance.

I live with a physical disability and use a wheelchair. My assistance is available 24 hours a day, which means shifts during the day, evening, and night. During certain parts of the day, two assistants work together.

I am a social person who appreciates the good things in life. I enjoy music, cooking, and vehicles. I like to go out for activities when I have the energy. Since my daily condition varies, plans are sometimes spontaneous, so you need to be flexible and comfortable with days not always looking the same.

When I need to rest, the pace slows down. There is often time for everyday chores at home, while you are close by and attentive to my needs.

I am looking for someone who is confident in themselves, has good life experience, and meets other people with calmness, respect, and care.

You are perceptive, flexible, and responsible. You adapt easily to different situations and can both take initiative and know when it is time to step back. I also appreciate that you have a sense of humor and see the person behind the disability. Since I live on a farm, you need to be comfortable around animals.

• A driver's license (Category B) is required.
• You master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
• You are non-smoking during working hours.

• Experience in personal assistance or work within healthcare and social care.
• Knowledge or experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitative training.

Working Hours

The position is a temporary assignment with scheduled work. The shifts are scheduled for day, evening, and night, and some shifts involve double assistance.
