Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join an agile team responsible for managing, maintaining, and further developing a portfolio of HR-related applications within a large banking environment.

What You Will Work On

• Analyze and understand business requirements within the HR domain
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Develop and maintain both backend and frontend components
• Enhance and modernize existing HR applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to deliver business value
• Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities
• Improve application quality, performance, and maintainability
• Support modernization of legacy applications and technologies
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution architecture, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvements in development processes and ways of working

• Several years of hands-on experience in .NET and C# development
• Strong experience with both backend and frontend development
• Experience working across the full application stack
• Solid understanding of business-oriented application development
• Experience working in agile teams and development environments
