Trafikverket is currently working on implementing a requirements database to maintain requirements throughout an infrastructure asset's entire lifecycle. The completed solution is called KOLL Requirements Database and is based on the requirements management system DOORS Next. The location of work is either Gothenburg or Stockholm.

Together with a new way of working, the KOLL Requirements Database provides more efficient maintenance throughout the asset's entire lifecycle as well as a digital requirements flow through the entire business process.

Essential Requirements

Education

University or college education in engineering, IT, systems science, or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer.

Experience in Requirements Management

• At least 3 years of experience in systematic requirements management in a large organization or project.
• Experience in documenting, structuring, and managing requirements.
• Experience working with requirements traceability and requirements follow-up.
• Experience supporting operations in requirements-related matters.

System Support

• Experience administering or managing system support for requirements management.
• Experience with configuration, user support, or method support in digital tools.
• Experience creating instructions, templates, and working methods.

Training and Change Management

• Documented experience in planning and conducting training or workshops.
• Ability to adapt training materials to different target groups.
• Experience supporting users during the introduction of new working methods or tools.

Communication

• Very good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Good pedagogical skills.
• Ability to communicate with both operations, project managers, and technical specialists.

Requirements Management Methodology

• Experience with requirements management according to established methods and standards.
• Experience in verification and validation of requirements.

• Experience from railway, road, tunnel, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in requirement-intensive environments with many stakeholders.
• Experience working in public operations or client organizations.

Training Production

• Experience in creating training materials.
• Experience in building knowledge networks or user forums.

Example of Tasks

• Manage and further develop the organization's requirements management process.
• Manage and administer requirements management tools.
• Provide method support to projects and administration.
• Plan and conduct training in requirements management and system support.
• Create training materials, guides, and instructions.
• Participate in the development of working methods for requirements traceability and follow-up.
• Coordinate experience feedback and improvement work.
