About the role:

As a customer support employee, you will become part of the company's support organization and serve as one of the first points of contact for customers in need of assistance. The role involves providing support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers in the use of the company's services.

You will handle incoming support cases via phone, chat, and/or email, where you are responsible for analyzing and resolving issues or escalating cases when necessary. The role involves collaboration with other internal functions to ensure a good customer experience.

In addition to daily support, you can also contribute to improving internal processes by updating documentation and identifying opportunities to streamline work.

Responsibilities:

• Handle support cases via phone, chat, and/or email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Guide customers in the use of the company's services.
• Collaborate with internal teams on more complex issues.
• Update internal documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional interaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education or equivalent.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work.
• Has an interest in technology and digital tools.
• Enjoys customer contact and has a service-oriented approach.

Not required, but advantageous if you have:

• Previous experience in customer service or support.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client's and our side is that you will become directly employed by the client company after the agreed consultancy period.
