Your future team
You will be part of the IT Platforms team, and we are the owners of the global operational infrastructure. Together with the team, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of our virtual machine platforms. You have a passion for virtualization technologies and like to further develop your technical skills. Together with the team, you will deliver a highly available and reliable virtual machine platform where you, together with your colleagues, develop and manage our systems.

What will you do here?
In the role of System Administrator - Virtualization, you will manage the full lifecycle of our virtual server infrastructure, manage incidents and problems, and understand and implement changes.

You will work very closely with the architects and product owners of the virtual platforms at Axis. You will also take part in delivery projects to set up new platforms/technologies and plan and execute LCM (Lifecycle Management) activities along with your colleagues. As you will be in contact with many different stakeholders, you need to enjoy working together in a team but also understand how business requirements can be translated into technical requirements. As we are growing as a department, you need to be open to changes and constantly look for improvements on the platform.

Who are you?
We would like to see you as an expert within the field of virtual machine technologies. We believe you will love this position if you enjoy changes, take responsibility, and accept challenges. You will have great opportunities here at Axis if you like to solve complex problems, have the drive to maintain our virtual environment over time, and take part in solving new requirements from our organization. We see that you have a couple of years' experience in a similar role and high knowledge of technology. You need to understand daily operations, maintenance, and development, and perhaps you are ready for your next challenge. As a person, you need to have a passion for working together with others as we think that working together will give us better solutions.

• KVM Experience
• Administrating Virtual Machines
• VDI Experience
