We are currently looking for an experienced and service-oriented Onsite Support Technician for a consultancy assignment with immediate start. The assignment is initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Handle, prioritize, and resolve incoming tickets in the ticket management system
• Troubleshooting and support for clients, software, and peripheral equipment
• Installation, configuration, and deployment of computers, monitors, and other IT equipment
• Onsite support for users at the location
• Ensure that workstations and equipment function optimally
• Identify problems and find effective solutions for the business

Who we are looking for

• Have several years of experience in IT support, service desk, or onsite support
• Have good experience with Microsoft environments, such as Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Are accustomed to working with HP computers and standardized client management
• Have experience troubleshooting both hardware and software
• Are self-motivated and able to drive cases from start to finish
