Cloud Infrastructure & Security is an area we are investing in – seriously. Our customers face everything from cloud migration and modernization to increased security requirements, governance, and cost control. Therefore, we are expanding our offering and looking for a Cloud Infrastructure & Security Architect who wants to take a key role in this initiative.

Here, you will work at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery, close to both customers and colleagues.

This role is perfect for you if you feel stuck in your development, not getting to work with the latest technologies, or if you are ready to take more responsibility and be a crucial cog in the development of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security practice at Fellowmind!

What you will do

As a Cloud Infrastructure & Security Architect, you will design, lead, and ensure the quality of our customers' cloud platforms – primarily within Microsoft Azure.

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Developing architecture and target state for Azure environments (landing zones, networking, identity, security, and governance).
• Leading and driving cloud transformations, migrations, and modernization to Azure.
• Ensuring "security by design" according to Zero Trust principles and established frameworks such as NIS2, CIS, and NIST.
• Working with governance, compliance, and cost management (FinOps) in the cloud.
• Serving as a technical advisor in workshops, architecture dialogues, and pre-sales.
• Acting as a mentor and technical support for consultants in the field.
• Working billable in customer engagements and contributing to further developing our offering within Cloud Infrastructure & Security.

Who we think you are

• Several years of experience as a Cloud Architect, Azure Architect, or senior infrastructure consultant.
• In-depth competence in Microsoft Azure, for example:
• Azure Landing Zones and network architecture.
• Identity and access (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Security (Defender, Sentinel, Zero Trust).
• Governance, policies, and RBAC.
• Experience working close to customers, leading technical dialogues, and making architectural decisions.
• Experience working as a consultant in billable assignments.
• Very good Swedish and English skills.

Preferred (but not required):

• Microsoft certifications in Azure and/or Security.
• Experience with FinOps or large, complex Azure environments.

The practicalities:

• Start: Preferably immediately, but we naturally understand that you have a notice period that we must take into account.
• Scope: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and assume it should work for all parties.
• Location: At one of our offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, or Malmö.

The recruitment process will consist of a phone interview, a deep-dive interview, tests/case, and reference checks.
