You will become the link between the business and the technical specialists. This role suits you if you are accustomed to creating structure in complex environments, getting many stakeholders to pull in the same direction, and translating needs into clear progress. You will work closely with both specialists and suppliers and take on a central role in leading the change in a systematic and structured way. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence the development of a central IAM and IGA capability in an organization where the results have a broad impact.

• You drive and coordinate the work to develop the organization's capability in Identity Governance and Administration.
• You lead the project group forward, creating structure, prioritization, and clear direction in a technically complex context.
• You act as the bridge between the business and the technical capability, ensuring that goals, needs, and solutions align.
• You collaborate with specialists and suppliers to ensure progress and high-quality delivery.
• You involve relevant stakeholders at the right stages and handle a complex stakeholder landscape in a clear and secure manner.
• You lead the change process methodically and ensure the initiative moves forward with proper anchoring.

• You have documented experience leading and executing projects in large organizations.
• You have documented experience managing projects with multiple stakeholder groups and a complex stakeholder structure.
• You have documented experience leading projects involving complex technical solutions.
• You have technical understanding and are comfortable working closely with technical experts.
• You speak and write Swedish fluently.

• You have experience leading and executing major projects within the public sector.
