The role of IT Manager involves being responsible for the company's IT environment and digital infrastructure to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations within production, warehousing, logistics, and administration.

The role should support business development by driving digitalization, improving IT security, and ensuring high availability in business-critical systems. The position is based in Helsingborg, and you will report to the Finance Manager.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Responsible for the company's IT operations, networks, servers, clients, and user support.
• Point of contact between the company and IT providers and owners.
• Ensure stable operation of production-proximity systems and business systems in consultation with external providers.
• Develop an AI strategy for the company.
• Responsible for IT security, backups, permissions, and cybersecurity work.
• Drive and coordinate IT projects and digitalization initiatives.
• Further develop new and existing system support for optimal use, e.g., ERP systems.
• Responsible for purchasing and administration of hardware, software, and licenses.
• Support operations in production, warehousing, logistics, quality, administration, and finance.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, the NIS2 Directive, and relevant security requirements.
• Document the IT environment, routines, and processes.
• Work proactively to minimize IT-related downtime in the company.
• Point of contact between the company's customers, suppliers, and group colleagues on IT matters.

Required competence and experience:

• Relevant post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in broad IT work.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, networks and infrastructure, IT security, business systems/ERP, as well as backup and server environments.
• Experience with MS Business Central is an advantage.
• Experience in project management.
• Advantageous with experience from the food industry, production environments, as well as warehouse and logistics systems.
• Understanding of the business and the market.
• Languages: Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
