We are currently looking for a Global Service Desk Consultant (Swedish/English) for our client to provide IT support to users in their IT environment remotely via phone/webchat and/or using remote assistance tools.

You will use your knowledge to improve business processes by analyzing the company's needs and implementing solutions. Some of your responsibilities may include:

Defining technical architecture, training team members, monitoring and testing implemented tools, and solving complex situations.

Main responsibilities:

• Comply with and promote the client's recommended processes and standards.
• Strive to resolve tickets according to SLA, KPIs, and ticket handling documentation.
• Identify incidents that might be potential problems according to the problem management process.
• Receive and prioritize issues and forward them using appropriate escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with global and local support teams.
• Train and inform users to promote their self-sufficiency.
• Update documentation and shared information on the service desk web portal.

Technical skills:

• Provided support using phone and remote control.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the latest Microsoft products.
• This includes Windows 10/11, Office 2016/O365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical documentation, routines, and processes.
• A typing speed that exceeds 200 characters per minute.
• ITIL v3.0 Foundation certification.
• Excellent spoken and written English/Swedish.
