Do you want to help strengthen cybersecurity in a global industrial environment where information security is critical to operations? In this role, you will work closely with an experienced security team to develop and manage platforms, processes, and technical capabilities that support a long-term Zero Trust strategy.

You will navigate between strategic issues and operational security work. This means you contribute to protecting information systems and networks, while helping the business adapt to new threats, vulnerabilities, and changing requirements. You collaborate broadly with other teams and play a key role in creating resilient security solutions for a complex hybrid environment comprising on-premise, private, and public cloud services. • You design, develop, and manage processes and technical security capabilities within the cybersecurity domain.
• You drive, manage, and further develop security platforms that support the organization's Zero Trust work.
• You work with daily operational security activities and contribute to a stable and secure IT environment.
• You monitor new threats, vulnerabilities, and innovations in cybersecurity to strengthen and improve security capabilities over time.
• You ensure that security solutions remain resilient, adaptable, and aligned with the evolving threat landscape.
• You collaborate with other teams to identify, analyze, and resolve security-related issues.
• You contribute expert knowledge in security architecture, network security, identity and access management, as well as the protection of endpoints and cloud environments.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within cybersecurity.
• Practical experience working with Zero Trust in an enterprise environment.
• Good understanding of networks, operating systems, middleware/runtime, and security protocols.
• Experience with hybrid environments including on-premise, private and public cloud services, as well as XaaS delivery models.
• Documented experience managing and working with Guardicore, Zscaler, or similar technologies.
• Broad technical competence in infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with agile working methods and collaboration with development teams.
• Good knowledge of Zero Trust principles and modern security frameworks.
• Very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
