IT Support Technician with Swedish, English, and Spanish

About the role

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide support to users via a ticketing system, phone, email, web chat, and remote control. You will work with hardware and software troubleshooting, manage permissions, and ensure that users receive a smooth and professional support experience.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive
• Handling hardware-related issues and user support
• Collaborating with local and global support teams
• Identifying and escalating more complex incidents when necessary
• Contributing to updated documentation and knowledge sharing

We believe you have

• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Experience providing support via phone, web chat, and remote control
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive
• Experience with hardware and user support
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish, English, and Spanish
• Ability to work in a structured manner and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously

About the assignment

This is a consulting assignment via Gigstep, where you will initially be employed as a consultant by us.

Assignment period: September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027.
