About the Role

Nefesh AB is now looking for an engaged and technically skilled Support Technician for a long-term full-time assignment with our global industrial client in Lund. The role is part of the company's Global Service Desk, where you will be the primary point of contact for users worldwide. You will resolve IT-related issues remotely via phone, web chat, and various remote control tools.

This is a 'mid-level' technical support role where you are expected to handle technical escalations independently and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive, register, and resolve incoming IT tickets via phone, chat, and tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents within set timeframes and SLA targets.
  • Follow established ITIL processes for incident, request, and problem management.
  • Act as a technical support link and escalation point within the organization.
  • Ensure high user satisfaction through professional and clear communication.

Qualification Requirements (Mandatory)

To be considered for the position, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Languages: You must have excellent spoken and written skills in Swedish, Spanish (Castilian), and English. All three languages are mandatory to support the international user markets.
  • Microsoft Environment: Strong practical experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, O365, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange.
  • Identity Management: Experience with Active Directory regarding user and account management and permissions, as well as basic knowledge of Azure AD or Entra ID.
  • Networking: Basic understanding of network fundamentals, VPN connections, DNS, and general connectivity troubleshooting.
  • ITSM Tools: Practical experience working in ticket management systems, with a strong preference for ServiceNow.
  • Hardware: Experience in technical troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

Desirable Competencies

  • User knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Basic understanding of endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM.
  • Previous experience working in a global support environment.
  • Certification in ITIL Foundation V3 or newer.

Practical Information

  • Start Date: September 1, 2026.
  • End Date: August 31, 2027 (with possibility of extension).
  • Workplace: On-site in Lund.
  • Equipment: The consultant is expected to use their own computer and phone during the assignment.
  • Safety Info: A passed drug test is required as part of the introduction before the assignment can begin.
