An opportunity to take responsibility for the development, support, and maintenance of simulators for the Swedish Armed Forces. We are looking for a project manager with strong drive and commitment. You are social, communicative, and have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are methodical, structured, and capable of taking responsibility in complex delivery environments. THE ROLE As a project manager, you are part of a team that develops and maintains simulators and training systems for the Swedish Armed Forces. You work closely with our customers to understand their needs and ensure deliveries on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will lead a team of experienced system developers at our office in Helsingborg.
- Responsible for delivery according to targets for time, budget, and quality
- Plan, prioritize, and execute activities
- Responsible for purchasing hardware and software
- Coordinate activities with other projects
- Plan, monitor, and report costs
- Produce documentation such as plans, background materials, reports, and manuals
- Handle incoming support cases
- Responsible for configuration management and license management
We are looking for you who have education and experience in project management within technology, IT, or security. You have an understanding of software projects and agile methods. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. In addition, it is meritorious if you have experience from the following areas:
- Officer in the Swedish Armed Forces or other military education
- Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent)
- Customer support with the use of Helpdesk systems

You see what needs to be done and drive the project forward. The work is performed in close collaboration with colleagues, which is why it is important that you have good collaboration skills. EMPLOYMENT This is a permanent position starting with a six-month probationary period. The workplace is the office in Helsingborg (Central Station). Our employees have the opportunity for hybrid work with flexible working hours and remote work. Swedish citizenship is a requirement, as the employment involves work on projects for the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration as well as at the Swedish Armed Forces' training areas and facilities. We have high demands for security and confidentiality awareness.
