Are you an experienced backend developer who has built cloud environments and are ready for a role with responsibility? Here you will be part of a unique journey from the start, driving the integration of a completely new cloud platform. We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Cloud Engineer who wants to become part of a team of nearly 20 people. Our client works on creating new IT environments that meet today's and future requirements for security, robustness, and availability.

In this role, you will work closely with both development and architecture in a technically advanced environment where digitalization and future-proof solutions are at the center. The work is done in close collaboration with adjacent development teams that create the platforms which, in the next step, will be integrated into submarines and surface vessels.

You will become a central part of the implementation and the driving force behind the integration of a completely new cloud platform specifically adapted for the vessels. You will be involved from the very beginning in a journey where the platform is shaped and developed, meaning you get a unique opportunity to influence both direction and solutions from the ground up. In collaboration with the team, you will develop a common platform for integration and application management, focusing on simplifying development processes, strengthening security, and creating better control and traceability throughout the entire integration and development chain.

• Has a university or civil engineering degree in computer science, system development, or a similar field
• Has at least 1 year of experience in backend development, preferably in C# and .NET
• Has experience setting up own cloud environments
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work

The following are meritorious but not required:

• Experience with OpenStack as a cloud platform
• Experience with full-stack development
• Military background

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the security clearance regulations in effect at the time. For positions where the client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
