We are now looking for a Tech Lead for an innovative product company in Lund that helps organizations transform large amounts of qualitative data into concrete insights using AI and NLP.

The company is in an exciting growth phase and is facing its biggest technical investment to date – building the next generation platform with a completely new analysis method and architecture. This is a role for you who want to combine development with technical leadership and influence both the product's and the team's future development.

What will you do?

You will become a key person in the team and have significant influence over both technical choices and product development.

In the role of Tech Lead you will:

• Develop and build new features in the product platform
• Help build a completely new AI-driven platform from scratch
• Drive technical decisions regarding architecture, scalability, and future technology choices
• Work closely with teams, product, and customers to translate needs into smart technical solutions
• Contribute to developing the team and the technical way of working over time

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have experience building modern products and thrive taking responsibility for the technical overall picture.

You have:

• Extensive experience with Python as well as JavaScript/Node.js
• Experience with full-stack development, from database and backend to API and frontend
• Built and deployed solutions in cloud environments, preferably with Docker
• Experience with product development and modern development environments
• Accustomed to using AI tools as a natural part of your work

If you also have experience with Angular, CI/CD, Kubernetes, or AI-related technologies such as LLM integrations or speech-to-text solutions, it is a plus.
