Are you technically interested and want to develop in a broad IT role? We are now looking for an IT Support Technician for Conmodo in Malmö!

Conmodo is a company that repairs electronics, with the largest influx being mobile phones and PCs. The company's customers are located in the Nordic countries, with the largest influx coming from Sweden and Denmark. In this role, you will become an important part of the company's internal IT function, working with everything from user support and administration to the operation and maintenance of the company's IT environment. You will initially be employed on a probationary basis through us at Poolia, and then become an employee of Conmodo if everything falls into place.

The position is full-time with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00.

Located at Conmodo's office on Industrigatan 33B in Malmö, with the possibility of free parking.

• Operation of the infrastructure (servers, networks, computers, printers, cloud services) in e.g., Active Directory, Azure, Intune, UniFi, and SonicWall.

• Management of security systems (alarm systems, access control systems, surveillance systems).

• Management of user accounts/permissions in various systems (e.g., Microsoft 365 and Active Directory).

• Management of mobile subscriptions.

• IT support/helpdesk for staff.

• Onboarding/offboarding of staff in IT systems and the access control system.

• Purchase and configuration of hardware (computers, network equipment, printers, accessories).

• Create customer accounts in Conmodo's internal system.

• Create customer accounts for external systems linked to customers.

Regular tasks

• Monitoring of the infrastructure.

• System backups and certificate renewals.

• Order import and IMEI import.

• IT support/helpdesk.

• Keeping an eye on the outside world (security and functionality).

Recurring/irregular tasks

• Changes to infrastructure (e.g., network configuration, relocation of workstations, cabling).

• Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell).

• Ordering and configuring new hardware (computers, printers, accessories).

• Onboarding/offboarding/changing staff.

• Actions related to the alarm system (troubleshooting and booking service).

• Changes to the Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities outside normal working hours

• Updating critical infrastructure units, such as routers, switches, and servers.

• Responsibility for the alarm center during incidents.

Projects that occur

• Upgrade/replacement of hardware in the infrastructure (servers, switches, access points, UPS).

• System configuration (Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft 365).

• Network configuration (firewall, subnets and VLANs, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS).

We are looking for someone who has a great interest in IT and technology and thrives on solving problems and helping others. You are curious, engaged, and have a desire to develop. Previous experience in a similar role is not a requirement; the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, are a quick learner, and want to build on your knowledge. The languages used at Conmodo are Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and English.
