Do you want to be part of building and further developing information security in an international corporate group where technology, innovation, and regulatory requirements meet? We are now looking for an experienced and business-oriented CISO who wants to take strategic and operational responsibility for the group's information and cybersecurity work.

You will be part of the group's new shared IS/IT department, consisting of approximately 25 colleagues who support our companies with everything from IT infrastructure to business systems.
About the Role
As CISO, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining a group-wide security effort across several companies with different business areas, customer requirements, and regulatory conditions. The role involves close collaboration with management, development teams, IT, operations, and external parties.
The corporate group operates in environments where several regulations and security requirements are relevant, such as export control, international customer requirements, CMMC, GDPR, NIS2, and the handling of sensitive and protected information.
You will drive both strategic initiatives and practical security work, acting as a support to the companies within the group regarding information security, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Drive and further develop the group's information security work.
- Establish, maintain, and improve management systems and processes within information security.
- Be responsible for and coordinate internal commitments, such as:
- ISO/IEC 27001
- Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus
- NIS2-related initiatives
- Develop and manage group-wide policies, guidelines, and governing documents.
- Support the companies within the group in risk management, security assessments, and regulatory matters.
- Work with SAQ processes and security assessments of customers and suppliers.
- Ensure structured work regarding the secure use of AI tools and AI-related services.
- Contribute to security work within product development for both software and hardware.
- Participate in work related to incident management, continuity, and security follow-up.
- Collaborate with customers and partners regarding security and compliance requirements.
We are looking for someone with
- Several years of experience in information security or cybersecurity
- Experience in driving or managing security frameworks and certifications
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, NIS2, or similar
- Experience in risk management, governance, and policy work
- Ability to translate security requirements into practical and business-adapted solutions
- Experience working closely with both technology and operations
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
