Fitness24Seven’s digital solutions are used daily by hundreds of thousands of members. We are now looking for a Digital Delivery Lead who wants to help develop our digital services and create an even better member experience.

About the role

As Digital Delivery Lead, you are responsible for ensuring our digital services are stable, flexible, and delivered efficiently. You lead the day-to-day work in our digital development team and ensure that the right things are prioritized at the right time.

You will become part of and lead a tight-knit team of nine developers. Together, we are embarking on an exciting development journey with high ambitions for our digital platform, where quality, user value, and long-term sustainability are at the center.

This role does not involve personnel management; the focus is on day-to-day leadership, coordination, prioritization, and creating the right conditions for the team to succeed.

In our digital platform, we have a large number of applications, APIs, services, and integrations with underlying business systems. We work with a mix of technologies where .NET (C#), Node.js/TypeScript, and React Native are the most important. We operate in Azure, using Azure DevOps and GitHub as tools in our daily work. AI tools like Claude are a natural part of our development workflow.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day work of the development team using agile methods.
• Facilitate stand-ups and other agile ceremonies.
• Prioritize and monitor the team's work to ensure progress and delivery.
• Support the team in technical and business trade-offs.
• Ensure that requirements are clear, well-thought-out, and understandable.
• Work with backlog management and prioritization.
• Act as the natural link between the development team, the business, and product owners; translate business needs into technical solutions – and technology into business value.
• Contribute to structure, improvement work, and efficient workflows.
• Participate in and lead projects and initiatives related to our digital development.

Who are you?

We believe you have experience in a role such as Scrum Master, Digital Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar, where you have worked closely with development teams and the business. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and a team player who believes that success is created together.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to:

• Have experience leading or coordinating development teams.
• Be accustomed to working as a bridge between technology and business, driven by creating good communication between the team and stakeholders.
• Enjoy collaboration and build strong relationships.
• Have a good understanding of how development teams work and the challenges they face daily.
• Be able to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions.
• Have strong execution skills and get things done.
• Be curious about new technology and see the possibilities with AI and digitalization in our daily work.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
