About the role
The role of ERP System Responsible involves cross-functional work where you collaborate with various parts of the organization to drive development, improvements, and efficiency gains in the ERP system. Rechon Life Science is on a digitalization journey focused on creating a more integrated system environment, where the ERP system and its surrounding systems interact in an efficient and sustainable manner.
As the ERP System Responsible, you are responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and quality-assured management of the ERP system and its surrounding systems. You drive and coordinate management activities in close collaboration with the business and external partners, ensuring that the systems develop in line with business needs and meet regulatory requirements.
Your main areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for ERP system management, including tracking incidents, changes, deviations, and Change Requests.
- Ensure lifecycle management, KPI tracking, and that the ERP system is validated according to GxP.
- Manage licenses, contracts, and vendor contacts related to the ERP and surrounding systems.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance, system changes, testing, and releases.
- Coordinate internal system support and manage and follow up on external IT vendors.
- Responsible for system documentation and SOPs, and contribute to improvement and development initiatives.
- Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, including requirement specification, testing, and validation prior to Go-Live.
- Contribute expertise in GxP, Master Data, and system architecture, and participate in the management of integrated systems such as LIMS and Canea One.
The role of ERP System Responsible is a direct hire to Rechon Life Science, starting as agreed.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience in managing ERP solutions and a good understanding of ERP system lifecycle management (ERP Life Cycle Management). You have worked systematically with change control and are accustomed to driving and following up on changes according to established processes and quality requirements. Furthermore, you have experience working in a mature and structured environment, where quality, documentation, and adherence to processes are a natural part of daily work.
Key requirements for the role
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Jeeves.
- Post-secondary education in IT, computer science, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience from the pharmaceutical industry.

You work meticulously with a strong focus on quality, have the ability to prioritize, and ensure that tasks are followed up and completed as planned.

You are accustomed to collaborating with various stakeholders and creating alignment between the business, IT, and external partners. With a clear focus on improvement, you are motivated by identifying opportunities, initiating changes, and contributing to the development of working methods and system solutions.
