We are now looking for a Solutions Architect HR Tech who wants to take a key role in developing and future-proofing our HR system landscape. You will be a strategic partner to HR, IT, and the business, contributing to ensuring that our solutions, integrations, and information flows support Peab's long-term goals.
About the role
As a Solutions Architect within HR Tech, you are responsible for creating a cohesive target vision for our HR system landscape and ensuring that our solutions are developed according to clear architecture principles. You work closely with our system administrators and specialists in areas such as SuccessFactors, but also have a broader and more long-term focus. Therefore, the role involves less operational system administration and more ensuring that we make the right technical decisions, build sustainable integration solutions, and create an information structure that supports the business over time. You will operate at the intersection of HR, IT, Data, and Business, serving as a key advisor in both strategic and tactical initiatives.
Examples of responsibilities
Architecture and target vision
- Define and further develop the target architecture for Peab's HR Tech landscape
- Ensure that systems and solutions are developed according to established architecture principles
- Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities in the system landscape
- Drive decided path choices linked to upcoming initiatives and investments
HR data and information architecture
- Be responsible for the overarching information model and master data structure within HR
- Ensure data quality, traceability, and sustainable information flows
- Identify areas for improvement in data management, reporting, and analysis
Integrations and platforms
- Design integration and solution architecture between HR systems and other group systems
- Ensure scalable and future-proof integrations
- Prepare solution descriptions, decision support documents, and architecture guidelines
Who are you?
We see that you have experience working as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role within complex system landscapes. You are accustomed to seeing the big picture, navigating dependencies between people, processes, data, and technology, and creating structure in complex environments. You do not need to be a specialist in every HR process, but you have a good understanding of how modern business systems interact and how data flows through the organization.
An important part of the role is to understand the business's needs and requirements in order to then translate them into sustainable solution proposals that work in practice.
We believe you have
- Experience in solution or enterprise architecture
- Preferably experience with major HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, and information models
- Experience in defining target architectures and technical roadmaps
- Ability to translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally between business, IT, and external suppliers
- Ability to communicate complex technical reasoning in a clear and pedagogical manner
The team you will join
You will become part of Peab's HR Tech team, which today consists of 14 engaged colleagues responsible for developing and managing the group's HR system landscape. The team works closely with the business and drives initiatives that strengthen the employee experience, create more efficient processes, and provide better decision support.
