About the role:

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist at Advenica, you play a key role in developing and managing our IT environment, always with security as the top priority. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operation, design, maintenance, and development of our IT environment, in close collaboration with partners.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Implementation and maintenance of security measures, including the use of CIS hardening profiles.
• Participation in projects.

Due to our operations, this position is security classified. This means you must be a Swedish citizen and a security clearance check will be conducted prior to employment.

About you:

We are looking for you with broad technical knowledge and experience from similar roles.

You have worked in complex IT environments with high demands on IT security and possess the following competencies:

• Good experience working with Windows client and, above all, server operating systems.
• Good experience with virtualization technologies and platforms, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Thorough knowledge of networking and IT security.
• Experience working with CIS hardening profiles and other security measures is highly meritorious.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have the ability to see the big picture from both a technical and business perspective. You are responsible and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders. You also have the ability to analyze complex problems and make well-founded decisions based on technical and business requirements.
