RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you feel it is time for new challenges? We are now looking for a driven Project Manager for our IT Production unit. The unit's assignment is to be responsible for the operation of Bolagsverket's IT services and to secure the development and maintenance of our technical infrastructure. The unit is also responsible for Bolagsverket's technical support.

As an IT Project Manager within infrastructure, you have a supervisory function within the IT Production unit and you are a key cog in making larger moves. You lead unit-wide development initiatives regarding both technology and our operations.

You will become a valuable resource for the entire unit where you, according to agile principles, coordinate our combined development effort, but also lead us in constantly improving the way we jointly plan and steer the development of infrastructure.

You can also take on a role as Product Area Manager, which means that you lead and coordinate the work within an infrastructure area (product area); this includes responsibility for supervision within the group, economy, licenses, procurement, etc. for the area.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have completed and relevant post-secondary education in IT or other experience that we can assess as equivalent.

We want you to have several years of current experience in project management or a corresponding supervisory role. You also need to have several years of experience working with IT infrastructure in relevant roles, such as systems engineer or technical project manager.

Furthermore, we want you to have been involved in the procurement of IT infrastructure in previous work and have good experience in handling suppliers.

Experience of agile working methods and teamwork according to agile principles is meritorious, and we would like you to have previously used Atlassian Jira as a work aid in your work.

You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You should have good leadership skills and be able to motivate and engage your surroundings. As a person, you are clear and make your decisions based on the needs of the operations.

You work systematically and have the ability to organize and plan your work, which means that you work according to the laid-out plan and complete what you have started.
