At the moment, Timrå Data & Service is looking for an administrator/support technician with experience in customer service.

About the role

The responsibilities include registering new cases, handling service units, and unpacking goods. The role also involves providing support for white goods and similar products – we will provide on-site training for this. You will also answer phone calls and assist customers at our checkout.
