The State Pensions Agency (SPV) is one of Sweden's largest providers of pension services. We manage occupational pensions and insurance for employers in the public sector and serve over 1,100,000 customers, including current and former state employees and pensioners. Our office is located in Sundsvall.

Job Responsibilities
The IT Team is in need of reinforcement. The team currently consists of five people with diverse skills who together ensure the operation, development, and management of several different systems. We are now looking for a System Administrator who can contribute with experience, new ideas, and structure. The role currently includes team leader responsibilities.
As a System Administrator, you work as a specialist with a deep understanding of the systems' functions and are well-versed in the business needs, enabling you to understand what needs to be changed and improved. You participate in continuous development work through requirement and testing efforts, and ensure high availability through improvement projects, troubleshooting, analysis, and error resolution of production systems.
As a team leader, you contribute to the right prioritization within the team based on decided priorities, contribute to efficient working methods, and represent the team in various forums, such as cross-agency planning. You collaborate closely with the unit manager to ensure the right conditions for the team and contribute to a good work environment.
SPV is embarking on an exciting change journey within our IT environment. The system landscape within the IT assignment currently consists of IT solutions built with both older and modern technology. Together, you will drive your own development as a team and collaborate with other teams within SPV.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in IT or several years of experience that we assess as equivalent. You have experience in identifying and driving changes for IT systems. You also have experience driving requirements and testing work in an agile organization and understand the importance of collaboration between IT and the business.
You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We consider it meritorious if you:
- have experience with SQL
- have experience from system administration models
- have experience with Azure DevOps
- have experience with .Net, C#, Cobol, NServiceBus
- are a certified Scrum Master
- are certified in requirements and/or testing work

Duration: Start date by agreement. We apply a 6-month probation period.
