Savecore is looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist to ensure that the advanced IT systems delivered are understandable, manageable, and restorable, and that all accumulated knowledge in projects is preserved for the future.

Job Information

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Savecore, is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist. This is a direct recruitment position, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord, and you will be employed directly by Savecore.

In this role, you are responsible for creating, structuring, and quality-assuring documentation related to advanced IT and OT solutions. You will work closely with project managers, system engineers, and security specialists to ensure that technical knowledge is documented clearly, accurately, and in a long-term sustainable way.

Responsibilities

You will among other things:

• Create and maintain system specifications and technical documentation
• Document network architecture, server environments, and security solutions
• Prepare commissioning, restoration, and maintenance documentation
• Create OT and IT security-related documentation
• Quality-assure technical content from the project organization
• Structure and version-control documentation prior to client deliveries
• Develop documentation templates and working methods

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience with technical documentation
• Experience from IT infrastructure, industry, or energy sectors
• Understanding of network architecture, server environments, and security configurations
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• OT environments
• IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or similar standards
• Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools
• CAD/CAE systems such as EPLAN or AutoCAD
