The mandate of the IT Support unit is to deliver high-quality and secure IT services to the region's operations. Deliveries are made through projects, maintenance, and support for a complex and vital operation. IT also works extensively as a client organization since the region's IT operations are managed by an external provider. Approximately 90 people work within IT, all with varying backgrounds and experience. We strive for an open work climate where we help each other develop. With us, you make a real difference. We are now looking for an Object Specialist who wants to take an active role in the development of our new ESM platform (Enterprise Service Management). This is not a traditional maintenance role – it is a role for you who wants to understand the business needs and translate them into functional, smart solutions.

We are currently recruiting two complementary roles – an Object Specialist and an IT Specialist – who will work closely together. You will have the opportunity to step in at an early stage, together with a colleague in a similar situation, where you jointly build up working methods, structure, and development around our new platform.

As an Object Specialist, you become the link between the operations and the technology. You work closely with users, capture needs, design flows, and ensure that the platform actually creates value in everyday life. You will work in close collaboration with an IT Specialist where you jointly are responsible for developing and maintaining the platform – from business needs to technical solutions. The roles are designed to complement each other and give you the opportunity to jointly shape working methods, structure, and priorities from the start. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date as agreed. Location: Sundsvall, Härnösand, Sollefteå, or Örnsköldsvik.

You will:

• Work with process design and development of services and flows
• Capture and translate business needs into concrete solutions
• Work with forms, logic, and user flows
• Contribute to structure regarding working methods, processes, and information management
• Be involved early in the implementation – and drive development forward after go-live

This is a role where you do not just maintain – you improve, build, and develop.

• Have an academic degree in the fields of systems science and information security, or equivalent competence deemed relevant
• Have at least three years of documented experience working with business-oriented maintenance of IT systems and IT services in complex operations, such as in regions, municipalities, or within the private sector
• Have experience with system maintenance and service management
• Have a good understanding of business processes and how IT supports them
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Have education and knowledge within ITIL, PM3, CMDB, ITSM, or ESM tools
• Have experience in process development or service design
• Have experience working closely with operations in change
