The mission of the IT Support unit is to deliver high-quality and secure IT services to the region's operations. Deliveries are made through projects, administration, and support for a complex and vital operation. IT also works extensively as a client organization since the region's IT operations are managed by an external provider. Approximately 90 people work within IT, all with varying backgrounds and experience. We strive for an open work climate where we help each other develop. This is not a classic operations role. This is an opportunity to become a platform expert during one of our biggest development leaps.

We are looking for an IT Specialist who wants to take a holistic approach to our ESM platform - from structure and data models to integrations and development. We are currently recruiting two complementary roles - an Object Specialist and an IT Specialist - who will work closely together. You will have the opportunity to step in at an early stage, together with a colleague in a similar situation, where you will jointly build working methods, structure, and development around our new platform.

As an IT Specialist, you will be technically responsible for the platform. You ensure that it works, holds together, and can be developed over time - without us becoming dependent on consultants. You work closely with an Object Specialist where you jointly ensure that the platform is developed in line with the business's needs and technical prerequisites. The roles are designed to complement each other and give you the opportunity to jointly shape working methods, structure, and priorities from the start. With us, you get:

The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement.

You will:

• Work with configuration and further development of the platform
• Handle data models, relationships, and structure
• Build and maintain automations and rules
• Work with integrations and technical connections
• Work with permissions, CMDB, and troubleshooting
• Support the Object Specialist and the business in technical matters

You are the one who ensures that the platform is sustainable, scalable, and developable.

We are looking for you who:

• Have an academic degree in the fields of systems science and information security or equivalent competence assessed as relevant
• Have at least three years of documented work experience in the field of system administration and platforms
• Have previous experience working with technical administration of IT systems and IT services in complex operations, for example, in regions, municipalities, or within the private sector
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you:

• Have education and knowledge within ITIL, pm3, CMDB, ITSM, or ESM tools
• Have experience with integrations and APIs
• Have experience working with automation and rule-based management
