Job Description

SPV has initiated a major and important business renewal, and we now have several extensive development assignments that require high-level architecture competence. As Chief Architect, you play a crucial role in this forward-looking work.

As Chief Architect, you have overall responsibility for the organization's architecture within IT, core operations, and information. You ensure that everything fits together and supports our strategic goals. You serve as a critical bridge between management's strategy and practical implementation.

In your role, you will among other things:

• lead strategic architecture questions
• drive a long-term and sustainable architecture strategy
• contribute to the authority's strategic development and be responsible for creating good holistic solutions
• be responsible for producing various types of documentation describing the organization's architecture
• be responsible for translating operational needs into actual deliveries, for example through solution patterns and technical requirements
• collaborate in external networks and lead other architects in working groups
• translate your environmental scanning into architectural innovation and improvements at SPV
• lead the architecture team

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an academic degree in a relevant field or work experience that we assess as equivalent. You have at least four years of current and relevant experience in architecture at a strategic and tactical level, as well as experience in using models to analyze and document architecture. You have worked with architecture in IT support deliveries based on modern distributed architecture.

You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English.

We consider it meritorious if you have:

• experience in large-scale renewal projects and transformation of systems and work processes
• several years of experience leading others
• experience in presenting both oral and written information both internally and externally
• experience in implementing AI solutions
