In the role of Administrator, you play a key part in daily operations. You are responsible for providing operational administrative support to the site, supporting managers and employees with administrative matters, and ensuring that practical routines run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work at one of their clients. Responsibilities

The role involves broad responsibility for daily administration at the site, where you support the business with everything from document handling to finance and event planning.

  • Handle documentation, routines, follow-up, and quality assurance.
  • Organize meetings and take minutes.
  • Create internal communication materials, statistics, and presentation materials.
  • Provide customer support via phone and email, as well as receive visitors.
  • Purchase supplies for the site.
  • Plan and coordinate travel, conferences, and events.
  • Perform financial follow-ups, invoicing, and payroll administration.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a completed upper secondary education.
  • Have broad experience in administrative work.
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Connection to or live in Örnsköldsvik.
  • Experience with finance-related administration such as invoicing or payroll.
