You will step into a central role in a large healthcare operation where stable and well-functioning healthcare-adjacent systems are crucial for daily work. Here, you combine project management with technical specialist competence in the management object of healthcare support and eHealth.

The focus is on planning and leading upgrades of IT components, following up on deliveries from operations and system suppliers, and ensuring that business-critical solutions work as intended. You work closely with the medical record systems Cosmic and Nova, the critical alarm system Best, and integrations with national services via Inera. This is a role for you who want to make an impact in a complex healthcare environment where technology, administration, and change need to go hand in hand.

• You act as a project manager and IT specialist within healthcare support and eHealth, with delegated responsibility from the IT Object Manager.
• You plan and lead change and upgrade assignments for healthcare-adjacent IT systems.
• You follow up on service deliveries from operations and system suppliers and drive dialogue regarding quality, stability, and improvements.
• You work closely with the medical record systems Cosmic and Nova as well as the critical alarm system Best.
• You function as a specialist for integrations with national services via Inera.
• You document solutions and working methods and contribute to knowledge transfer to relevant employees.

• You have extensive experience of at least 10 years in IT within healthcare and have participated in several major assignments in the area with very high quality in delivery.
• You have extensive experience of working within the PM3 management model during the last 3 years.
• You have experience planning and leading change and upgrade assignments for healthcare-adjacent IT systems during the last 3 years.
• You have experience as an IT specialist for IT components related to Inera's National Services during the last 3 years.
• You have experience in a leading role related to critical alarm management in the Best system within the current operation.
• You have experience in a leading role in the implementation of the healthcare information system Cosmic during the last three years.
• You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.

• Very good technical knowledge of procurement and purchasing in healthcare.
• Experience of connecting to National Services via Inera.
• Very good technical knowledge of critical alarm management in the Best alarm system.
• Experience of technical work regarding Cosmic Nova.
