To our companies located in Bofors and Örnsköldsvik, we are now looking for more Service Delivery Managers (SDM) to meet the strong growth journey our company is on. IM&T is a Shared Service function that delivers IT and related services to BAE Systems' operations in Sweden. As an SDM, you ensure high quality in our IT deliveries, act as a link between the business and our IT partners, and work both operationally and strategically with the management and development of our service areas. The department consists of 36 employees plus a larger number of consultants. You report to the Head of Enterprise Services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the business and our IT partners
• Prioritize and follow up on incidents and orders
• Be responsible for one or more service areas (e.g., Servicedesk, Workplace, Server, Communication, Print)
• Lead and drive projects internally or together with external suppliers
• Maintain documentation, e.g., continuity plans and process descriptions
• Administer IT orders
• Conduct training and create and maintain user instructions
• Participate in CAB meetings
• Work with continuous process and service improvements

We are looking for someone who:

Has solid competence in IT infrastructure, including networks, server platforms, and cloud-based solutions. You also have a relevant academic degree such as a Systems Scientist, University Engineer, or Civil Engineer, or equivalent.

You have good knowledge and experience of:

• ITIL processes
• Service Integration
• Outsourced IT environments
• Manufacturing industry

We work with defense secrecy, which implies both legal requirements and special requirements from our customers on us as a company. The position is placed in a security class, so the appointed person must undergo a security check and drug test.

The position is permanent, with the location being Karlskoga or Örnsköldsvik. The selection process will begin after the last application date, August 9th.

Travel occurs frequently in the position to our operational sites. Travel to suppliers also occurs, as well as occasional international travel.
