About the Role

We are now looking for a Junior Project Manager who wants to develop in a role where structure, collaboration, and communication are at the center. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other project managers, business developers, and strategists, contributing to the planning, follow-up, and implementation of projects in a complex organization. In this role, you will, among other things, lead projects using the PPS project model. You thrive on creating order, getting things done, and collaborating with people from different parts of the organization. It is an advantage if you have an interest in project management and want to grow in the role. You are structured, curious, and have a good ability to take responsibility and drive tasks forward. You are collaborative and comfortable handling multiple interfaces simultaneously. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date as agreed.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager within digitalization, you play a central role in strengthening the region's implementation capacity and contributing to strategic development work.

You are responsible for:

• Preparing and driving projects according to the PPS project model.
• Executing projects within the framework of the project directive and producing project plans, requirement descriptions, and solution descriptions.
• Ensuring that the project organization and working methods are appropriate, documented, and clear.
• Reporting and informing about the project status.
• Ensuring that agreed-upon methods and tools are used.
• Producing decision support materials, presentations, communication materials, and analyses for management groups and other forums.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Have a relevant university degree/examination or other education/experience that the organization deems relevant.
• Have education in project management, improvement knowledge, and coaching leadership.
• Have documented experience of project assignments, or work in a coordinating role equivalent to 1–2 years.
• Have good knowledge of the Office package and a basic understanding of project methodology.
• Have good communication skills to express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.
• Have work experience of working in or towards management functions, for example by preparing cases or presenting materials.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license.

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience of working in the public sector or a politically governed organization.
• Have experience of project or portfolio work.
• Have experience or competence in PPS.
• Have experience of creating communication materials in projects or assignments.
• Have work experience of facilitating workshops or leading change processes.
