We are Pears is now looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a strategic assignment where you will become a key figure in identifying, analyzing, and driving digital improvement initiatives. Here you will work at the intersection of business and IT and contribute to creating long-term sustainable ways of working that make a real difference.

About the Assignment

As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for identifying business processes with significant development potential and translating business needs into concrete digital solutions.

You will work in an agile delivery flow together with solution architects, development teams, and business representatives, where several parallel initiatives are driven from needs analysis to implementation and follow-up.

An important part of the assignment is also to contribute to the region's long-term competence development by establishing methods, working practices, and knowledge transfer that strengthen the organization's digital maturity.

This is an assignment for you who thrive on combining business understanding, technical insight, and change management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and analyze business processes
  Map and qualify processes where digitalization can create increased efficiency and business value.
• Be the link between business and IT
  Translate business needs into requirements and solution proposals together with architects and development teams.
• Drive digital process development
  Be responsible for several parallel improvement initiatives from analysis to go-live and follow-up.
• Contribute to the region's competence development
  Develop methods, processes, and working practices, and coach the business for long-term knowledge building.
• Facilitate workshops
  Plan and lead distributed workshops with various stakeholders and create alignment regarding the change work.
• Participate in quality assurance
  Contribute to system testing, verification, and follow-up to ensure high quality in deliveries.

We believe you have

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in digital business development and process optimization.
• Good experience working in agile development teams.
• Experience with distributed teams and digital workshops.
• Strong analytical skills and very good communication competence.
• Experience in system testing and quality assurance.
• Good knowledge of Java or technical understanding that enables dialogue with development teams.
• Ability to handle several parallel initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in change management and knowledge transfer.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with Cambio Cosmic or other healthcare information systems.
• Experience with IT implementations in the public sector.
• Pedagogical experience in coaching and competence development.
• Experience in method development and establishing working practices.
