Your Role

As an Information Security Coordinator, you have a very important role and work both strategically and operationally to drive and develop information security efforts. You work closely with our business units to provide advice, but also to steer, coordinate, and develop the company's overall information security work. You work closely with our IT organization and have a strong understanding of the need for good information/IT security. You translate requirements and regulations into practical solutions that support the business's needs and development in a way that creates value rather than hindrance. At our company, information security is not just about compliance – it is about enabling innovation, digitalization, quality, and trust.

Together, the Security Department is responsible for protecting people, information, facilities, and deliveries – so that our critical societal functions operate safely, stably, and securely. The department is organized within the Business Support unit and consists of 3 people, including one Security Manager. Other tasks within the department's scope may also become part of your assignment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and coordinate information security work
• Plan and implement information and training initiatives regarding information security
• Handle and follow up on incidents related to information security
• Work with classification, conduct, and coordinate risk/vulnerability analyses and security assessments
• Develop and follow up on policies, guidelines, and steering documents
• Drive and further develop the organization's GDPR work
• Support the business in security-related matters
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Participate in tenders and requirement setting related to security

We are looking for someone who has/can:

• Post-secondary education, for example in information security, IT, systems science, law, business development, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Experience working with information security, but we are primarily looking for you who can translate knowledge into real change
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Ability to communicate and translate requirements into practical solutions in the business
• Good IT knowledge
• Ability to formulate yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience from critical societal operations or the public sector
• Worked with NIS/NIS2/CSL or security protection
• Experience with relevant certifications
• Experience working in complex environments with many stakeholders

• Good social and communication skills to create and maintain good relationships both internally and externally
• Structured, analytical, and have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work
• You are curious and proactive in following changes in laws and requirements – and ensure they are translated into support for business development
• You see what is most important here and now – can prioritize what is "good enough"
