Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager in Gothenburg for our client, starting as soon as possible. We are looking for an engineer with a background in electrical engineering, mechanics, or a similar field relevant to the position. Having strong communication skills and experience dealing with various internal and external stakeholders is crucial. Collaboration and a solution-oriented mindset to streamline processes and promote good teamwork are key to success in this role.

Start: As soon as possible.

Duration: 6–12 months

Location: Gothenburg (the assignment includes travel to Germany)

About the Assignment

In this role, you will step in as the strategic and communicative hub in an exciting project. You will work side by side with the lead project manager and support in various ways in the daily management.

We see you as a relationship builder who fosters trusting relationships and good cooperation between both internal and external stakeholders.

The most important factor for success in this role is your ability to mediate, negotiate, and create a positive atmosphere within the project team and towards the client, as well as ensuring deliveries in a targeted and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:

• You participate in negotiations to reach solutions and decision-making, and handle communication between various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• You drive discussions forward and ensure deliveries in a diplomatic and targeted manner.
• You establish deep, trusting relationships with the end customer in the Swedish market, have a deep understanding of business culture, and possess strong skills in building business networks.

Qualifications:

• You are a Master of Science in Engineering in electrical engineering, mechanics, or a related field relevant to the position.
• Experience within the railway sector is considered an asset.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
