With new initiatives, increased external presence, and a growing need for structure in the IT environment, the role of IT Manager is central to the company's continued development. We are now looking for an IT Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for further developing, structuring, and driving Lesley's IT function forward in a role that combines strategic responsibility with a clear operational focus.

You lead a team of three employees, including two full-stack developers and one specialist in business logic and data. Work is cross-functional in an environment where collaboration and broad engagement are crucial, requiring breadth, prioritization skills, and a pragmatic approach.

As Lesley develops new business areas and strengthens its digital presence, the demands on IT as a central enabler increase. The operations are complex, not least due to a strong and well-established network of retailers, which places high demands on business systems, data logic, and well-functioning IT support.

About the Role
As IT Manager, you are responsible for Lesley's IT function from strategic direction to operational delivery. You develop and implement the IT strategy, drive digitalization, and ensure that IT effectively supports the business's commercial goals. The role includes responsibility for the entire IT environment, including infrastructure, system administration, technical platforms, security, and suppliers. This is an operational leadership role where you work closely with the business and, at times, are actively involved in areas such as support, system issues, and problem-solving. The combination of a helicopter view and hands-on work is central.

Your Mission
You further develop the IT function and create structure in areas such as IT governance, budget, supplier management, licenses, as well as policies and guidelines. The business system, where Jeeves is central, is a vital part of the operations and involves close work with system administration, integrations, and prioritization of development initiatives. You are also responsible for the IT infrastructure, including server environments, networks, client platforms, and cloud services, as well as ensuring stable operations and efficiency. Information security is an integrated part of the role, where you work with risk analyses, compliance, incident management, and backup and continuity solutions.

Who Are You?
You are a confident, pragmatic, and business-oriented IT leader who thrives in an environment where structure and development go hand in hand. You have the ability to switch between strategy and operational work, build trust within the organization, and translate technology into business value.

Education and Experience
You have relevant education or equivalent experience, as well as at least five years of experience in IT leadership in an operational context. You have worked broadly within IT, preferably with both infrastructure and system development, and have experience in supplier management and change management. Experience with ERP systems is important, with Jeeves and integration work being advantageous. Knowledge of SQL, AI/automation, and system understanding is also seen as an advantage.
