We are now looking for a Web Developer who wants to take an active role in the development of the group's overall web platform and contribute to creating stable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will become part of a small development team responsible for Norion Bank Group's central website as well as parts of our other web platforms. You will work in close collaboration with developers, stakeholders, and other functions to ensure that our solutions maintain high quality, are scalable, and meet the business's needs.

We work according to DevOps principles and take overall responsibility for development, testing, deployment, operations, and support. Our technical environment is modern, and we have a cloud-first strategy where all services are developed against and operated in Azure. Cybersecurity, privacy, and resilience are natural parts of both our way of working and our technical solutions.

In the role, you will among other things work with:

• Further development and maintenance of our web platforms,
• Development of robust and scalable solutions in a modern tech stack,
• Integrations and technical improvements that strengthen functionality and user experience,
• Collaboration on architecture, quality assurance, and technical decisions,
• Operations, monitoring, and continuous improvements of our systems.

ABOUT YOU

We believe that you have at least three years of experience in web development and feel comfortable in a modern development environment. We see that you have experience with React, and if you also have experience with Next.js, we consider it a merit. Furthermore, you have experience with Azure and have worked with CMS platforms such as Optimizely or similar solutions.

As a person, you are communicative, proactive, and quality-conscious. You enjoy collaborating with others, take responsibility for the whole, and actively contribute to the team's development. You are curious, open-minded, and happy to share your experiences while appreciating getting new perspectives from your colleagues.

The group language is Swedish, and all documentation is in Swedish.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a probation period at the beginning, starting as agreed.

At Norion Bank, we work according to a hybrid setup with both office work and remote work. Office work takes place at our headquarters at Lilla Bommen in Gothenburg. Our teams sit together there, which promotes both communication and collaboration.
