Versigent designs and delivers the systems that move power through modern technology. From vehicles to robotics to energy platforms, our electrical distribution systems enable the next generation of electrified, automated and connected products.

As a standalone company, we combine deep engineering expertise with the speed and focus needed to solve increasingly complex challenges. Our teams move quickly, think with precision and deliver at scale — helping customers do more without adding cost, weight or complexity.

What defines us is how we work: with the agility and momentum of a startup, backed by the experience and discipline of a proven global leader. That combination creates an environment where ideas move faster, ownership is real and impact is visible.

YOUR ROLE

  • Act as a core member of the Advanced Architecture Team, driving advanced vehicle architecture energy distribution, electrification, hardware, wiring and components;
  • Lead E/E architecture studies and wiring harness concepts for various customers and programs, from early concepts to industrialization;
  • Develop and compare architecture alternatives (e.g. domain/zonal concepts, AD/ADAS and non-AD functions) with clear trade-offs in cost, weight, complexity and performance;
  • Drive architecture optimization and wiring harness improvement, focusing on cost, weight, complexity, automation and robustness;
  • Bring state-of-the-art know-how in E/E architecture into the team;
  • Represent the team in customer workshops and presentations, understanding customer pain points and deriving architecture requirements and improvement opportunities;
  • Analyze business cases for architecture and optimization studies and derive recommendations for platforms and products;
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, studying reports and management presentations;
  • Lead and moderate technical workshops, design reviews and internal/external project meetings.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in E/E system architecture and vehicle wiring harness development.
  • Experience with electrical centers and power distribution concepts (PDBs, fuse/relay boxes, junction boxes, PDCs or similar).
  • Understanding of ECU and system requirements and their impact on E/E architecture and wiring.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with focus on architecture optimization and wiring harness improvement.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional teams and in customer-facing technical discussions (workshops, reviews, presentations).
  • Very good communication skills in English.

WHY JOIN US?
