The Charging Box Company is seeking a Technical E-commerce Manager who wants to take responsibility for e-commerce, the website, and its CRM flows and integrations. This role is perfect for you if you have practical experience working with websites, e-commerce, and integrations, and enjoy ensuring the entire system works seamlessly. You will become a key player in further developing our digital platform and ensuring the customer journey is cohesive from first contact to delivery and follow-up.

About the Role

You will manage our website and online shop, ensuring they function effectively alongside our internal systems and processes. You will work closely with all departments in the company and act as the bridge that translates organizational needs into functional technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop our website, online shop, and CRM
• Handle changes regarding products, prices, and campaigns
• Create content for the web
• Build and maintain integrations between different systems
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance

Who We Are Looking For / Requirements

• Strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system
• Generally high technical understanding of web and digital systems
• Proficiency in using AI agents in work processes
• Experience working closely with business, sales, or operations
• Ability to translate business needs into functional technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining WordPress sites
• Experience with automation and data management in CRM
• Experience with integration tools
• Skills in coding and image management
• Understanding of e-commerce, product data, and digital customer flows.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
