We are now looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to customers for one of our clients in the electricity and energy sector. You will be the customer's first point of contact for questions and simpler technical matters, providing support via phone, email, and chat.

About the Role

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will help customers with questions regarding products and services within electricity and energy. You will work with simpler technical troubleshooting, guide customers to the right solution, and ensure that every customer receives a professional and engaged response.

Your duties will include, among other things:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Helping customers with simpler technical troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Registering and following up on cases in various systems.
  • Providing support regarding products and services in the electricity and energy sector.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a high level of service.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a technical interest and enjoys problem-solving.
  • Is computer literate and comfortable working in multiple systems.
  • Is service-oriented and thrives in customer-facing roles.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Is curious, responsible, and quick to learn new ways of working.
  • Has experience in customer service, support, or technical work.
