We are looking for a colleague who will play a key role in developing our processes and working methods, as well as ensuring that we utilize the potential in our systems. This is an opportunity for you if you want to combine technology and business development in a role where you have significant influence and the chance to make a real difference.

You will be the link between the business operations, IT, and internal and external suppliers in the field. The role is broad and combines system administration, process development, project management, and business-oriented improvement work. For the right candidate, the role may also involve overall responsibility for other IT systems.

You will work closely with the users in the business operations and hold a central position in the company's continued digitalization journey. Production takes place in Lysekil and Kungshamn, and the headquarters are located in Gothenburg.

Example of duties

• Act as the business's expert support within the business system
• Contribute to developing working methods and processes
• Responsible for the administration, configuration, and development of Infor M3
• Ensure quality and structure in master data
• Lead or participate in projects related to ERP, process development, and digitalization
• Coordinate collaboration with external system suppliers and IT partners

Who are you?

We believe you have several years of experience working with Infor M3 and have built a good understanding of how business systems support and develop operations. You might currently work as an M3 consultant, ERP specialist, Business Systems Manager, or business developer with strong M3 competence.

We would like you to have experience in the following areas:

• Infor M3 – Order management, logistics and warehouse processes, and production
• Master data
• Projects and change management
